The Outcasts Live in Dublin, You’re a Disease
I am so proud of my Dad and I’s Live DVD of The Outcasts gig, which will be launching on July 1st 2012. We decided to release this classic track to give a taster of what is to come! I directed, shot (along with Jessie Ward and Conor Rooney) and edited and my Dad, Paul produced it.
Enjoy!

I have had a ball over the last few months working with the Jig crew. Jig is a multi media Irish Dancing show which runs twice daily in the gorgeous Powerscourt Town Centre. I’d 100% recommend checking it out! I edited and sound mixed the entire AV show.

Crafting Type
Conor Rooney and I shot and edited this video, which was a part of a beautiful exhibition curated by Orlaith Ross, Crafting Type, which took place last weekend at The Factory.
Thomas Glendon is an amazing Stone Carver whose work you will almost certainly recognize if you have spent time in Dublin.
The second part of the video is a letterpress demonstration by Mary Plunkett, filmed & edited by Catherine Geaney.
Crafting Type is an independent exhibition curated by Orlaith Ross, which crosses the craft and design divide by exploring the craftsmanship of some of Ireland’s finest visual creatives. Launched Thursday 8th March at 6pm, it showcased ten artists who place meticulous craftsmanship at the heart of their work.

My Newest Coolest Project
Really excited to share this with you.
33 years ago my Dad, Paul, interviewed Belfast punk band The Outcasts for his fanzine Neu Carnage.
Last year The Outcasts reformed and they played their first Dublin gig in 28 years.
Me and my Dad along with Helen O’ Reilly, Andy Knightley Jessie Ward O’ Sullivan and Conor Rooney recorded their gig in The Button Factory and are going to be releasing a live DVD!
It’s so exciting.
Here is a taster of what to expect.

Tin Can Man Audience Reaction
Here’s a little vid Conor Rooney shot and I edited and produced at the screening of Tin Can Man at the Jameson Dublin International Film Festival. Tin Can Man is a truly terrifying, claustrophobic and dark piece of work, put simply a masterpiece! I couldn’t recommend highly enough. Do see it when you get the chance, if you’ve got the balls!

The midnight screening of Kirsten Sheridan’s Dollhouse at The Factory was amazing.
Here are some pictures I took.
See this film as soon as you get the chance.
Incredible, visceral and stunningly beautiful work.
